Park City, Utah

As part of an overall master plan for a complex of homes in old town Park City, a guest house was needed, part of this process included moving a historic home from its current location, up the hill to a new location, where it would be connected to a modern addition. The addition, part retaining wall part green roof, is hidden behind the historic home. As a guest house the exterior of the historic home was restored to its original form and materials, while the interior is completely modern.
