West Valley City, Utah

The Haven is a residential treatment center for those afflicted with substance abuse problems. Scheduled to share the site with St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in West Valley City, the project design is based on creating a cluster of semi-private bedrooms around a central living / assembly area. The scale of the perimeter keeps with the surrounding residential neighborhood while meeting the spatial needs of the 15-person household.
