The project was a custom interior for a penthouse apartment in a building by noted San Francisco Architect Henry Hill. The apartment building is located at the end of Kearney street right below Coit Tower at Telegraph Hill, overlooking the bay of San Francisco. It was a two-bedroom apartment with 360-degree view. Pollard Architects kept the interior very simple and positioned surfaces to emphasize the views and open the existing enclosure. We provided optional designs for exterior remodeling, the stairway / lobby spaces, as well as a roof top garden for the other tenants to use.
