An addition and total interior remodel of an existing 2,500s.f. residence on Capitol Hill. The owner is single and a restaurateur. The square footage was doubled requiring a complete remapping of the house. The structure contains four levels with outdoor decks on each level. The spaces are organized around a highly detailed stairway of hardwood.
