Color Country/Ceder City, Utah

Anderson Development Corporation asked Pollard Architects to survey and analyze a large parcel of a land next to Strawberry Flats in Southern Utah.

The premise of our exploration was to develop recreational housing as well as a hotel for Color Country. We provided two options. One based on a public hospitality  center. Second, a corporate learning conference center.
