The independent living apartment building as part of the St. Joseph Villa CCRC had, for eight years relied upon the new dining rooms within the skilled nursing facility for the apartment residents, proving to be resisted and a deterrent to new residents. The new dining room, private dining room, prep kitchen, social/living spaces and remodeled administrative offices and supporting spaces brought natural day-lighting, residential comfort and fully achieved the owners program and operation needs.
