Located on the East bench of Salt Lake City in Olympus Cove, construction on this custom residence began in spring of 2004. The steep slope of the site required that the building step down, which in turn, allowed for a lower building profile while still retaining commanding views of the valley. Directional concrete block walls and overhanging decks accentuate the building’s elevations.
