This single family custom residence is located in a community of homes in Scottsdale, a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona. The home has a lap pool and is located next to a golf course. Working with a strict design covenant, we created an inviting and very rich internal and external environment. The owners are art collectors, and required the residence to be geared around social interaction. In a collaboration with Gordon Hashimoto, an associate architect of Pollard Architects.
